Kids Classes & Workshops

At Bloom and Grow Creative, our kids classes and workshops are designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and connection. From early enrichment programs to hands-on art classes, we offer a range of fun and imaginative Parent & Me and drop-off options that nurture your child’s development through play, exploration, and self-expression. Come create, learn, and grow with us!

Early Childhood (Ages 0-5)

  • ages birth to pre-crawlers

    Mondays 9:30-11:00am

    7-week group intended to give new moms the much-needed community, connection, and support along their postpartum journey. Led by Jessica Spaman, LICSW & Jill Vetstein, LICSW, CEIS. First, second, and even third time moms welcome.

  • ages 8 months-2 years

    Thursdays 11:15-12:00pm

    Led by a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP), this playgroup offers strategies, practical advice, and hands-on techniques to help caregivers encourage speech, language, and social development through play.

  • ages 2-4 years

    Wednesdays 9:30-10:15am

    A mini preschool experience featuring circle time, story based curriculum, early art, and music — thoughtfully designed to build routine, confidence, and early classroom skills.

  • ages 3-5 years

    Sundays 9:00-9:45am

    A joyful process-based art class where preschoolers explore creativity through various materials and projects, encouragin self expression and fine motor development.

  • ages 4-8 years

    Saturday 9/20, 10/18. 11/22, and 12/20

    Unleash your child's inner yogi! This adaptive yoga class will explore joyful movement through playful poses, simple breathing exercises, and calming relaxation techniques. Read a story together before moving into accessible yoga poses, closing with a creative craft.

Youth Programs (Ages 5+)

  • ages 4-8 years

    Saturday 9/20, 10/18. 11/22, and 12/20

    Unleash your child's inner yogi! This adaptive yoga class will explore joyful movement through playful poses, simple breathing exercises, and calming relaxation techniques. Read a story together before moving into accessible yoga poses, closing with a creative craft.

  • ages 5-8 years

    Thursdays 4:00-5:00pm

    In this class children will dive into a new artistic material each week- watercolor, clay, collage, and mixed media. Inspired by children's books and famous artists, Studio Explorers is perfect for kids who love to create, tinker,and make something all their own.

  • Grades K-4

    Wednesdays 12:30-4:00pm

    A creative, relaxed afternoon for kids on early release days. After eating lunch together, kids will unwind with open-ended art projects, collaborative games, and imaginative activities designed to inspire without overstimulating.

  • ages 8-12 years

    Wed. 3:30-4:30pm & 4:30-5:30pm

    An 8-week course made specifically for young writers to teach them how to write and illustrate a book from start to finish. Hosted by local children’s author, Jacky Sinha of Lemon House Publishing

  • Grades 5-8

    Friday 9/19, 10/3, and 10/17

    This engaging self-care series is designed to empower tweens with practical tools for managing stress, building emotional resilience, and fostering a positive self-image.

Pop-Up Workshops

    Monday, August 25 2-3pm

    Through imaginative storytelling, mindful movement and breathing exercises, children will explore how to better understand and express their feelings

  • grades 3-5

    Monday, August 25 3:30-5pm

    An empowering session focusing on building a growth mindset, inner confidence, resilience and persistence through a lens of mindfulness and social emotional learning.

  • ages 6+

    Tuesday, August 26 9:30-11am

    Using paints, soft materials, and fun embellishments, each child will bring their favorite plushie pal to life on canvas.

  • ages 6-12

    Sunday, September 7 2:00-2:45pm

    This hands-on, calming workshop introduces children and their grown-up to the art of creating mini Zen gardens as a tool for mindfulness, emotional regulation, and creative expression.
