Why Families Love Art Sprouts:

  • Quality Time Together: Caregivers and children connect through stories, art, and play.

  • Creative Confidence: Little ones learn that there’s no “right” way to make art—just joyful exploration.

  • Literacy + Art: Storytime inspires the project, making reading come alive through hands-on activities.

  • Sensory-Friendly: Each class includes open-ended materials for children who learn best through touch and movement.

  • Take-Home Memories: Every session ends with a special piece of art your child creates to share at home.

About the Teacher:

Carolyn Evans is a local Natick mom of 2.  She has 12 years of teaching experience and a master's in early childhood education from Lesley University.  Alongside classroom teaching Carolyn ran a small children's programming business, The Tiny Kitchen, and early childhood play groups.  Carolyn loves bringing together elements of books, art, play, and songs as a way to teach literacy and social/emotional skills but more importantly lessons about friendship, togetherness, and fun!
